Rescheduling Policy
Life happens, but we pour a lot into planning for you! If you need to reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be refunded 70% of the value of your service. To avoid a rescheduling fee, please reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your session, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked an appointment, it means that we have planned and reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be refunded 50% of the value of your service. This includes appointments where we are unable to access the property, are turned away, or the client does not arrive at the time booked.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your session.
